Main Courses for Adults
We aren't putting age limits on our adult classes - you get to choose which best suits your appetite! All Bible Study classes are served up with sides of fellowship, support, and sense of community.
Cross Trainers - Room 106, Taught by Mike and Nancy Cheek
Cross trainers is especially geared toward post high school students/emerging adults. Study and grow your faith while navigating the bridge to adulthood in a caring environment.


Navigators - Room 200, taught by Pastor Dale and Rebecca Thompson
This class is for young the adult and young at heart! Navigators will take an inductive approach to the study and application of large sections of scripture. The class will start with the Bible and develop and answer questions as they arise.

Adult "Gospel Project" Class - Room 107, Taught by David Stanton, Sub - Roy Nimmo
The "Gospel Project" utilizes a deeper, chronological study of the Bible, demonstrating how every Biblical story points to Jesus Christ and the overarching narrative of redemption. It focuses on heart transformation, is theologically rich and missionally minded.
Adult "Bible Studies for Life" Class - Auditorium, organ side, taught by Larry Pfau
"Bible Studies for Life" includes relevant lessons designed to help class members apply Biblical principles to real-life issues. It focuses on practical discipleship, intentional relationship-building and applying God's Word to everyday life.

Kid's Menu
We have special classes for every member of your family, designed to meet the special needs of their age group. All teachers have been screened and passed a background check to ensure the safety of your child.
Nursery (Birth - age 3) - Rooms 111-112, Childcare workers serve on a rotational basis
Loving childcare is provided for infants and toddlers of families and parents attending Sunday School. Parents will complete an information sheet, so workers know how to best care for your little ones and have contact information to reach you in case of an urgent situation.
Special Needs Class - Room 110- classroom, Room 113 - sensory room, taught by Beth Shanklin
Activities are provided to meet the unique needs of a special needs child. Ms. Beth is a certified special education teacher, trained to implement appropriate strategies for these amazing kids.

Pre-school/ages 4-5 - (including Kindergarten) - Room 109, taught by Glenna Pfau
FBC's very own "Miss Glenna" will be teaching this energetic group of kiddos. They will be engaged in Bible stories, hands-on related activities, art projects and real-life play. Both you and your child will love Miss Glenna!

Children/grades 1-3,4-6 Rooms 203/206, taught by Larry West and Debbie Denton
School-age children will meet for a Bible lesson and age appropriate, related games and activities. Music, multi-media, Bible skills and ministry projects will engage them in modeling the life of Jesus. Larry and Debbie love kids and have a combined 50+ years of experience with school-age students.

Youth (grades 7-12) - Room 201, taught by Dr. Andy and Maria Forbes
Middle School and High School students will meet together to study the Bible and learn how to apply Biblical truths to their everyday lives. The Forbes have three children in this group and understand the needs of youth in today's society.
